At N & G Collection, we aim to ensure that every shopping experience with us brings joy and satisfaction. Our products are crafted and curated with the highest quality standards and utmost care. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure complete transparency and trust.
1. General Return Guidelines
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be required.
- Returns are accepted only for size issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect products received.
⚠️ As our products are handcrafted and delicately designed, minor variations in color, print, or embroidery are not considered defects.
2. Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Lucknowi Kurti & Cotton Collection
Can be returned or exchanged if there is a size issue, manufacturing defect, or wrong product received.
The garment must be unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup stains, or damage.
Customized or altered kurtis cannot be returned.
Jewellery Collection
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
In case of damage in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
Kutchi Collection
Kutchi handcrafted products may have slight design or thread variations, which highlight their handmade nature — these are not considered defects.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
3. Exchange Policy
We’re happy to assist with exchanges if:
The size does not fit properly.
You wish to exchange for a different color or design (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for:
Products returned in perfect condition and approved after inspection
Orders cancelled before dispatch
Defective or incorrect products returned as per our guidelines
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned dress is received and verified by our quality team.
Refunds are credited via:
Original mode of payment (for prepaid orders)
Bank transfer or UPI (for COD orders)
5. Return Procedure
To make the process smooth and simple:
Step 1: Request Return

Provide:
Your order number
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photo of the dress (and defect, if applicable)
Step 2: Approval
Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours and share the return address and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Dress
Pack the dress carefully in its original packaging.
Ship it using a reliable and trackable courier service.
Keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the dress.
If approved, we’ll initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.
If not eligible, the dress will be returned to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We ensure all dresses go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged piece:
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.
Once verified, we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund immediately.
No additional courier charge will be applied in such cases.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
8. Important Notes
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Products showing signs of use, perfume, or alteration will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
N & G Collection reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
